Why can't I find anything about the effects of many of your products?
Unfortunately, since December 14, 2012, according to the EU's so-called Health Claims Regulation, the legislature has prohibited manufacturers of dietary supplements from making health and effect claims of any kind (with a few exceptions). Therefore, for many of our products we have to limit ourselves to the pure product properties. In these cases, we recommend conducting your own research on the Internet using reputable sources. A doctor can usually also advise you, as he is not bound to the Health Claims Regulation.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured exclusively in tested facilities. Independent laboratories in Germany or Europe regularly check the quality of our products so that you always receive a high-quality, uncontaminated product.
Where do the raw materials come from?
We carefully select the raw materials for our products and focus on quality. Once we have found the best possible raw material for us, we source it from a wide variety of countries. As a small example: Our GG soap material comes from Germany, where the quality is at its best. For our OPC we source white grapes from France. Are you interested in a specific product? How long do your products last?
The durability of our products corresponds at least to their stated individual range. You can find the best-before date on the bottom of the folding box. The only thing you should remember here is to store our products in a dry place, protected from light and in a cool place. Our best before date is based on our raw materials, which can naturally vary in their shelf life.
What are your expiry dates?
You can tackle this program at your own availability. So whether you have an hour per day spare or an hour per week, the training will be ready when you are. As with anything, the more time you can dedicate.
Do the products have to be stored in the refrigerator?
Storage in the refrigerator is not absolutely necessary. The only important thing is that the capsules and tablets absorb as little moisture as possible after opening the cans and are not exposed to high temperatures or direct light. We therefore recommend a dark, cool place for storage.
For our cream or liquid products, storing them in the refrigerator can improve their shelf life, but here too it is not absolutely necessary.

Are your products safe?
Your safety is our top priority. That's why we have every new raw material or production batch checked by independent German laboratories.
Can I take different nutritional supplements at the same time?
Dietary supplements are not medicines, but are foods. Our products contain nutrients that you can also find in foods and get from your diet. Dietary supplements can therefore generally be taken together. Unfortunately, only a doctor can make individual recommendations. This can adapt the intake perfectly to your personal values.
Can I take your products permanently?
All of our products are suitable for long-term use. However, if you would like to compensate for a deficiency, we advise you to have your needs professionally checked.

Where can I buy your products?
You can order our products directly here in our online shop. Otherwise you can also find our products on Afrosmartshop website. You can also find a selection of our products in drugstores / supermarkets as well as other selected retailers (approved resellers).
Why can't I order some products in your online shop?
From time to time it may happen that a product is sold out. If you would like to know when a product will be available again, simply contact us using our contact form.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver throughout Africa, Europe and US with our delivery partner DHL Epress and DHL. You can find all the countries we deliver to in our shipping conditions.
Can I also order from you on account?
You can also order on account in our online shop! For this we work with Klarna. Klarna is one of the leading payment providers in the EU and a newly licensed bank that handles payment processing externally for us. Our orders on account must therefore always be transferred to Klarna. You will receive the payment instructions in an email from Klarna in which “Klarna / Tauron Ventures GmbH” is shown as the sender. Can I order by phone or via WhatsApp / Facebook ?
Unfortunately, ordering by phone or via social network like WhatsApp / Facebook or similar is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
How can I return goods?
Simply contact our customer service (by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook or via our contact form). You will then usually receive instructions depending of your location from our customer service. In some countries the customer has to pay for the return shipping fees.
Yes, the product must be returned sealed.
From time to time it may happen that a product is sold out. If you would like to know when a product will be available again, simply contact us using our contact form.
When and how do I get my money back?
As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will issue the refund via the payment method originally chosen.
